I research your industry, the environment you’re hosting in, and the tone you’re aiming for, then calibrate both the material and the presentation so it feels relevant, intentional, and right for your specific group.

For corporate events and conferences, I make these calibrations in two distinct ways. The experience can serve as a high-energy entertainment brain break that helps your people reconnect, reset, and engage with each other — or it can be delivered as keynote-style entertainment that reinforces leadership themes, supports strategic initiatives, and advances what you want your audience to take away.

Either way, it’s designed to fit seamlessly into your program and elevate the energy in the room, without ever feeling like a lecture or a sales pitch. Because I also work as an MC, I’m very mindful of transitions and energy flow, and I calibrate the experience to bridge smoothly with what comes before and after in your program.

What venues work best?

I work comfortably in a wide range of spaces — from ballrooms, hotels, conference centers, offices, and country clubs to restaurants, private venues, outdoor settings, harbor cruises, and trade show floors.

What matters most isn’t the venue itself, but how the space is set up for the experience.

Having performed over 3,700 events, I’m very quick to read a room and understand what will make it work best — sightlines, layout, audience positioning, and energy flow. I bring my own AV to adapt to virtually any environment, including outdoor and nontraditional spaces, and I help ensure the room is configured so everyone can see, hear, and feel connected to what’s happening.

I also have deep experience in virtual and hybrid events, including large-scale virtual conferences with audiences of 2,000+ and long-term virtual engagements where clients have brought me back repeatedly. That background shapes how I approach in-person and hybrid setups today — thinking not just about the room, but about how energy, visibility, and connection translate across live and remote audiences.

Once you book, I’ll send you a brief introduction you can forward to your venue — and I take it from there — coordinating as needed and helping calibrate the space so it’s set up for maximum impact before the event even begins.

No. I make this completely turnkey and low-stress for you.

For most events, I bring my own professional wireless headset microphone and sound system, so there’s nothing you need to arrange or coordinate. My system is fully self-contained and battery powered, which means it works cleanly without needing outlets, running cables, or disrupting the event space.

I’ve handled AV across conference rooms, ballrooms, and large corporate venues, and I adapt accordingly. For larger audiences (300+), I work directly with the venue’s AV team and plug seamlessly into the house system using a standard XLR or 1/4″ line.

If there’s ever a technical adjustment needed, I handle it in real time so it never becomes your problem. I come prepared with my own professional system as a built-in backup, so sound is covered even if plans change.

The goal is simple: you don’t have to think about microphones, sound checks, or technical details. You can stay focused on hosting a great event.

How far in advance should we book?

It varies — but one thing is consistent: once a date is booked, it’s gone.

Some dates receive 15–18+ performance requests, and I can only be in one place at a time. You’re not reserving a show or a block of hours so much as reserving a place on my calendar for an appearance — and many of the most popular dates are claimed by repeat clients year after year.

In fact, some clients reserve the same date annually. One New Year’s event has been booked eight years in a row, and next year is already secured. Once a client has a date, it’s no longer available to anyone else.

Because of that, your date is only held once a contract is signed and a retainer is in place. Until then, it remains open to other requests.

Booking earlier gives us more flexibility — more time to customize the experience, coordinate logistics, and ensure everything is aligned as I move from event to event. That said, my systems are designed to support clients who plan well ahead as well as those working on shorter timelines.

What matters most is starting the conversation at the right time for you, so we can align on your event and take the next steps thoughtfully.
